We are looking for fresh talent (no experience necessary) to join our sales team

Buying a vehicle is the second largest and exciting purchase next to a home.

At our dealership, we make the purchasing journey the best experience possible. To do that, we often hire individuals that never even considered a career in automotive sales. But we're not just looking for a car salesmen! We want technology savvy and success driven individuals that will provide the best customer care to our customers throughout their purchasing journey.

If you are still reading this and are ambitious, hard working, smart, outgoing (you must like people!), honest and want to make a very good living to support yourself and/or family, here are a few reasons why you should consider a career in automotive sales at our dealership:

No experience required - Unlike many high value, high volume sales jobs today, we do not require previous experience or a college education (although many of our current staff have degrees or are attending college while working). Car sales is a great way to pay for college!

Build your resume - Car sales is hard work. If you want to gain experience in business and/or sales, here's your chance. We provide paid training, ongoing career development to workshops and conferences off-site (trip to New Orleans or Vegas anyone?) and monthly, quarterly and annual awards for our top performers. It's not just about selling cars, you have to learn psychology, finance, legal, product and TECHNOLOGY.

Technology driven - Yes, people still drive up to the lot, walk-in and buy but over 60% of our business is driven by online technology. You will learn how to use Facebook advertising (paid by us), third-party advertising (paid by us), content marketing, marketing automation, CRM, Google AdWords, website, the list goes on. While you will have administrative support to handle the heavy lifting, you can be involved as much or as little as you want with our technology. A great way to further your career if you ever want to leave the automotive industry.

Fun - We know how to have fun with each other and our customers. If you want to sit in a quiet cube (have you seen Office Space?), then this isn't the job for you. We want someone with the 'half glass full' attitude who likes to come to work each day.

Money, money, money - Like real estate professionals, car sales professionals make a very good living. The more you sell, the more you make. The earning potential is not capped. Our 'average' sales professionals make $50,000 per year with our top performers making over $100,000 each year. Yes, six-figure salary really is attainable if you work hard and treat our customers with the utmost respect.

We are looking for individuals that are:

  • Outgoing - You must be able to pick up the phone and call, answer Internet leads, greet people on the showroom floor, build a social media presence and seek referrals.
  • Perceptive - Help customers select the right car for their lifestyle, hobby or job - whether it is on the showroom floor or 300 miles away.
  • Hardworking - You aren't afraid of work! You aren't afraid to learn.
  • Smart - There are a lot of things to learn so you must be able to process information and training quickly. You will be trained on Product, Finance, Sales and other business topics.
  • Customer-Focused - You must go above and beyond to research and answer customer questions throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Communication - To succeed, you must be able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, text, social media and chat. Good use of oral and written English language is a must.
